Madison Pangle, LMSW
I am a graduate of Dalton State College (BSW) and Valdosta State University (MSW), with hands-on experience supporting individuals navigating severe and persistent mental health challenges as well as substance use disorders. Throughout my work, I have walked alongside clients during difficult seasons—helping them build stability, strengthen accountability, and move toward meaningful recovery.
I strive to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where people of all ages and backgrounds feel supported in openly sharing their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I deeply value the insight and wisdom you bring into the therapeutic process.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and integrative. In addition to talk therapy, I incorporate somatic approaches that help clients reconnect with their bodies, increase awareness of how emotions are held physically, and develop tools for regulation and resilience. Together, we identify your unique needs, set intentional goals, and work toward sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.
Your experiences have shaped who you are—and together, we can explore how they can also guide where you’re going
