Timothy is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at LaGrange College. He is dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges using a Person-Centered approach while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. Timothy has experience in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief, and in helping individuals develop emotional regulation skills, coping strategies, and resilience in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
