“I strive to use my expertise in order to create a comfortable and safe environment for you to address your concerns. I believe counseling is a powerful process that changes the clinician and the individual both. Counseling compels us to take a hard look at reality and face the truth however tough and take one step toward our "ideal self." I like to listen and empower individuals to live their best life. I am also not afraid to gently confront and hold you accountable to your goals.”

As a first-generation Hispanic with roots from Mexico and El Salvador, I have learned to practice under culturally sensitive lenses and have worked with clients from various backgrounds. For the past 5 years, I have provided services to those dealing with hardships of grief and loss as well as trauma recovery.

Dealing with previous family trauma myself, I have learned that trauma does not have to define your life. We all deserve the chance to learn how to transform the trauma that we have experienced instead of letting trauma trap us into its darkness. I provide a safe and judgment free space in which together with the help of a therapeutic alliance and a use of empathetic manners we can work to develop your strengths and reach your goals instead of having trauma weigh you down.

I am passionate about helping adults learn how to manage depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, etc. I also have a special interest in working with women experiencing infertility and undergoing fertility treatments. My goal is to create a safe environment that fosters healing and self discovery. My approach to therapy focuses on helping my clients improve their ability to manage life’s difficulties and build resiliency.

I understand the role stigma plays and the many misconceptions that prevent the Hispanic community from seeking help. As a bilingual and bicultural social worker, I am also passionate about helping Spanish speaking individuals improve their mental health.

I am a passionate mental health professional dedicated to fostering a culturally competent and inclusive environment. I strive to create a safe space for diverse individuals, recognizing and respecting unique cultural backgrounds in the therapeutic journey. I am committed to promoting mental wellness through a personalized and empathetic approach.

My name is Madison Pangle, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in social work from Valdosta State University. While earning my BSW, I gained experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health and substance use issues. Through working with these individuals, I supported them in recovery by keeping them accountable to their behaviors and helping them find stability.

My goal is to create a safe space for individuals of all ages and backgrounds struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues to be able to express their thoughts, feelings, concerns. I use a strengths-based approach to empower my clients to meet their needs and meet their goals.

Hello! My name is Brooke Gallman, and I am pursuing a master's degree in social work from Valdosta State University. While earning my BSW, I gained experience working with children who were at risk or experiencing trauma. I grew professional relationships with children and supported them while they were in school through assistance with food, clothing, therapy, and tutoring support.

I aim to create a safe and calm space so children feel comfortable enough to work through their complex thoughts and feelings with me. I want to empower children who are struggling with their mental health so that they can better manage their thoughts and feelings to be successful in life. While I do love working with children, I also understand that parents are also experiencing some of their children’s anxiety, depression, anger, etc. Because of this, I also strive to assist parents with coping techniques they can use at home with their children and help them better understand what their child is experiencing.

I’m most often the first person you speak to when beginning your healing journey. It is my goal to make you feel welcome, accepted and at ease. Having struggled with my own substance abuse and mental health issues in the past, know that you’ve already taken a huge step in reaching out!

I’m ready to help in any way I can, and answer any questions you may have, about beginning your journey to a healthier wellbeing. We have wonderful counselors and resources readily available to help with any issues you may be facing.
