Tuesday March 31 at 5:30pm EST
This 1-hour ethics training examines the shared ethical foundations of the NASW Code of Ethics and the ACA Code of Ethics, highlighting the consistent principles that guide ethical clinical practice across professional disciplines. Participants will explore how both codes emphasize client well-being, professional integrity, confidentiality, competence, boundaries, and ethical decision-making. Through applied clinical examples, the training demonstrates how ethical standards function harmoniously in real-world practice regardless of license type, reinforcing ethical responsibility, client protection, and professional accountability. CEU is approved through the GSCSW and is approved by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists to meet continuing education requirements for licensure. Please see your CEU guidelines to ensure compatibility per licensure type.
This training will be offered in both in-person and virtual formats. The in-person offering will take place at our main office at 225 W. Line St Ste 4, Calhoun, GA 30701. A virtual link will be sent out the day of the training for those who choose to attend virtually.
